LOCAL RULES

 

Out of Bounds

Defined by White stakes and boundary fence posts with barbed wire. Old clubhouse area (including roadways & practice green ) is out of bounds (area behind stone retaining walls #9 & 18 greens and roadways adjacent to the 10th fairways)                                   

 

 

Lateral Hazards

Ponds (Depressions) at # 3, 9, 13, 14 & 17.

 

 

Obstructions

(Free drop, one club length nearest point of relief, not nearer the hole)

 

 All railroad ties demarcating cart paths or used to form tees or planter boxes (including practice tee)

 

All stone walls used to construct garden beds, or used to form tee boxes (does not include course retaining walls)                                                                    

 

All roadways and cart paths including worn or bare areas tying directly into them.

 

 

Ground Under Repair

All areas so marked as well as all flower beds and hedges (although not as marked) are deemed to be ground under repair as are all tagged trees.

 

The turf nursery (left of #4), the practice green (between # 1 & 2) are deemed to be ground under repair. Relief MUST be taken.                                        

 

 

GENERAL RULES

Fairway Distance Markers

All markers are measured in YARDS to the centre of the green (Red 100 / White 150 / Blue 200).

 

 

Carts

Use cart paths where available otherwise drive in the rough (Not on fairways) Cross fairways using 90 degree rule- No stopping on fairways.

 

 

Tea Time

May be booked five (5) days in advance by members and one (1) day in

 

Advance by non-members.  

 

 

SPECIAL CLUB RULES

Attire

Proper golf attire is required - Shirts with Collars & Sleeves, (Ladies sleeves permitted) Shorts permitted (not athletic shorts)

 

 

Clubs

Each player Must have a set of Clubs.

 

 

Caddies

All non-members whether walking or carting must be accompanied by at least (1) Caddy.
